Writer / Liar* / Comedian;
Improviser.
*It’s broader than ‘actor’.
Paul is a comedy writer and performer with over sixteen years of experience in live comedy, improvisation and television production based in London.
During lockdown, Paul hosted a series of weekly Questing Time shows, where he makes comedians play actual games of Dungeons & Dragons, including writing and hosting a series of Holiday Specials for D&D themselves and doing the same for Comic Relief - raising over £50,000 for the charity alongside Sue Perkins, Nish Kumar, James Acaster and Ed Gamble.
He has appeared alongside Jason Sudeikis in Apple TV’s Ted Lasso, as well as turning up in episodes of Brassic (Sky), Drifters (E4), Michael McIntyre’s Big Show (BBC) and many others.
With over fourteen years experience in the teaching of improvisation for performers and the corporate sector, Paul has turned his comic-sensibilities towards script editing and comedy development with a list of projects hidden behind non-disclosure agreements for companies like the BBC, Sony Entertainment, Tiger Aspect and Amazon.
When on stage, Paul performs stand-up comedy around London’s circuit as well as improvising alongside an array of talented peers - in shows like Paul Foxcroft & Friends (& One Other Guy), Scenes From A Longer Show and There Will Be Cake with Marcus Brigstocke, Rachel Parris and Pippa Evans.https://www.scotsman.com/arts-and-culture/edinburgh-festivals/edinburgh-festival-fringe-2019-21-must-see-returning-shows-543376

2023 has so far seen Paul writing for games publishers, script consulting for TV and videogames, developing his own Kickstarter project and launching more comedy live-streams on YouTube and Twitch.
